QRG Inc., which stands for Quality Revenue Growth, is a unique consultancy dedicated to fulfilling one specific unmet need: small companies seeking a cost-effective solution to their growth issues.

Its founder and president, Martin J. Lattman, spent 25 years in the technology industry. Much of this was as an executive with smaller firms and start-ups, where he experienced first-hand the difficulties associated with achieving the growth these companies desired. Moreover, due to his diverse functional experience in marketing, sales management, business development, product management, strategic alliances, and financial analysis, Lattman became acutely aware of the importance of revenue quality. Specifically, he embraced the belief that incremental revenue must increase profits, add strategic value, and reduce risk. Growth simply for the sake of more revenue is not optimal.

As the CEO of two firms and then a mergers & acquisitions consultant, his vision of quality revenue as a guiding principle grew more polished and well-defined. Vision led to passion which led to action - he founded QRG. His goal was to provide an innovative set of consulting services that would help smaller companies achieve quality revenue growth.

Lattman complements his many years of executive experience with an academic perspective. As an award-winning member of the adjunct faculty at The Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Business, he teaches courses in Marketing Strategy, Marketing of Services, Marketing Management, and Financial Analysis for Marketing. He also serves as a faculty mentor and advisor. In addition to his teaching at Johns Hopkins, Lattman is also a faculty member of the American Management Association, where he leads seminars in Strategic Planning and Advanced Strategic Planning. He holds an MBA degree from Cornell University.

QRG’s other main principal is Brenda Salas. A highly successful entrepreneur with 17 years of experience as a small business owner herself, Salas brings a deep understanding of consumer buying patterns and preferences. With extensive knowledge of the health services industry, she is a frequent guest speaker at various seminars and conferences in this arena. Salas also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Montgomery College, where she has won several awards for her teaching and creative accomplishments.

QRG is proud of the dozens of clients it has served. Consulting work has been successfully performed for a variety of firms, both in the B2B technology space and the B2C consumer markets. Tech clients include software developers, web design firms, IT services companies, and telecom service providers.  Sample consumer-oriented clients we’ve assisted include an accounting firm, a specialty food franchise, a nutritional pet food developer, and a nursing home. For all of them, the desired results were delivered with satisfaction guaranteed.

An unusual firm with a focused mission, extensive experience, and the willingness to make customer commitments that other consultancies simply won't – this is QRG.
