Assuming that they have developed a formal Strategic Plan , many organizations simply put this document away and go on running their business in a vacuum. Once a year, they may revisit their Strategic Plan and update it as needed. However, it is not used during the normal course of operations and is therefore divorced from the key decisions that the company makes. Pricing and Terms
QRG offers a flexible set of options in terms of type of engagement and fee structure. Clients can choose an “a la carte” approach and select specific services, or they can bundle a suite of services together. Fees can be handled on an hourly basis, a fixed fee or project basis, or via a monthly retainer with clearly defined deliverables and due dates. QRG does not require any form of long-term contract.
